It would be interesting to see how much power we need, both in 230V "regular grid" and the DC side of things.

Festival Grid

Festival Grid was suggested as a solution for this.

  • Central server
  • Smartphone app
  • Sensors

The sensors are normally based on Tasmota devices. There are no sensors for 12/24/48VDC out of the box, but it supports a few different sensors that would work with DC:

But it seems Festival Grid uses MQTT to "gather" the data, so you could just imitate a tasmota device, or even implement your own Template in Festival Grid to read custom sensors.

You could also use the Tasmota Devices for AC devices like in villages etc.

Festival grid was funded by PrototypeFund, which might come in handy if we need some information on it.
